Organizations focus on better supply chain Performance management practices to gain competitive advantage for better organizational performance. This research conceptualizes and develops five secondary constructs for supply chain practices
The project aims are achieved through: the collection and dissemination of logistics and Sustainable supply chain best practices, the development of a certificate for European best practice in logistics and supply chain management, the regular publication of a report on the state-of-the-art in logistics education, and the development of training programmed. A platform for an ongoing exchange on logistics and supply chain best practices is planned beyond the initial project duration.
