As
a Institute, you will be an engine for business development across institute.
You will have an encyclopedic knowledge of our current work, a thirst for
understanding our market and landscape (present and future), and a strong bent
for research and analysis. You'll work often in collaboration with Institute

align to strategic priorities. You'll move from conducting competitor and
market analysis to preparing a pitch to meeting with district leadership, all
in a day's work.

of the market and landscape. We are looking
for amazing people who have diverse backgrounds and experiences, are inspired
by our mission and are highly motivated to change children's lives through
education. We're looking for talented people who learn from failure and
overcome adversity, cultivate strong relationships, and push themselves, their
work and the people around them to the next level.

teachers to students who need them most and by advancing policies and practices
that ensure effective teaching happens in every classroom.
Our Bellwether

education today. Our Business Growth Research & Department in Public Affairs is responsible for ensuring institute

current partnerships, and creating and maintaining the appropriate level of
philanthropic investment in institute work. The Department also develops
resources and marshals evidence to support client and funder investment in our
work.
